Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Bank Mandiri are typically processed instantly during banking hours (within 5 minutes). Deposits via other methods may take 15-30 minutes. If your deposit is not credited to your Account within the stated timeframe, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures; (b) all wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied; (c) withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; (e) withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days, with funds typically arriving in your bank account within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. While bonus funds are active in your Account, you are subject to maximum bet restrictions to prevent bonus abuse. The standard maximum bet is Rp 125,000 per round or spin. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are: Slots 100%, Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) 10%, Live Casino 10%, and Sports Betting 100%. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification. Bonus funds and loyalty points are forfeited upon Account closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you provide false or misleading information; (d) you fail to respond to verification requests; (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination, we will return your Real Money balance, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to tkt77. Bonus funds and pending bonuses are forfeited upon termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tkt77 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where arbitration is required as stated in Section 11.
